Regions

We offer our Audio Intelligence products in multiple regions to address both technical requirements and regulatory compliance needs.

When using the Audio Intelligence Web Demo or Web Console, you'll need to specify your desired region during login.

For API requests, you must include the region in the request path.

Available Regions​

Our Audio Intelligence product operates in two distinct regions:

🇪🇺 EU Region​

The EU region infrastructure is hosted in St. Ghislain, Belgium, Europe. This is our recommended region for customers in Europe, Asia, or Africa.

🇺🇸 US Region​

The US region infrastructure is hosted in Council Bluffs, Iowa, North America. This is our recommended region for customers in the United States.

Regional Differences​

  • Complete data isolation: Regions don't share any data between them. If you need to operate in both regions, you'll require separate user accounts in each region.

  • Similar processing capabilities: Both regions offer comparable performance. For optimal latency, choose the region closest to your operations.

  • Regional data processing: All data processing occurs in your chosen region, helping you meet compliance and security requirements by keeping data within your preferred jurisdiction.

  • Consistent security standards: All regions adhere to the same high security protocols and uptime commitments.

  • Uniform feature rollout: All regions receive the latest updates and models. New features are deployed during off-peak hours, which vary by region.

Choosing the Right Region​

When selecting a region, consider:

  • Compliance requirements: Your data management policies may require processing in a specific region.
  • Technical requirements: The region closest to your operations will provide the best performance with lowest latency.
